Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable because they are voluntary contributions.

If you were charged multiple times due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days for review.

When subscriptions go live, cancellation options and refund timelines will be shown at checkout.

If a duplicate or unauthorized subscription charge occurs, we will investigate and process valid corrections.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on bank/payment network.
